What we build
Every platform starts from a specific care pathway. Before choosing any technology we look at how the centre follows its patients today: who sees them, how often, what data is collected and where it ends up.
- Televisits and video consultations between doctor and patient.
- Specialist-to-specialist teleconsultation, including on shared diagnostic images.
- Telemonitoring of PROs (patient-reported outcomes) through validated questionnaires that patients complete on an app.
- Disease-specific clinical records and disease registries.
- Hub-and-spoke networks, where the reference centre and peripheral centres work on the same data.
Connecting centres
In hub-and-spoke models the recurring problem is how information moves. The peripheral centre refers the case, the hub assesses it, and the decision has to travel back without a trail of emails and phone calls. Our platforms manage profiles and permissions by role, so each centre sees the patients in its care and the documents it needs. Diagnostic images are shared in their native format, with no conversion that would degrade them.
Patients at home
Patient apps are built for people who are often not at ease with technology: few screens, plain wording, reminders. Whatever the patient enters reaches the doctor already laid out as a timeline. FibronetCare, the fibromyalgia network in Lombardy, follows 4,819 patients across 23 centres on this model.
Security and health data
Health data is a special category of personal data under the GDPR. We work within a management system certified by DNV to ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 9001, covering access control, audit trails, encryption and incident handling. The impact assessment and privacy roles are agreed with the hospital or the sponsor when the project starts.
After the first release
The first version covers the minimum needed to start following real patients. Later features are decided on actual use, together with the clinicians who work with the system every day. Support and maintenance continue after go-live.
